If you are looking for me in Jindabyne, you have reached the right page.

Below is my bio but just to give you a quick brief, I will  be working from 9th June to 26th August at 7 Baggs Street in Leesdale.

If you want to know more or book an appointment then send me an email and I will get back to you same day.   – thanks 🙂

Heidi has an advanced scope of experience and training across UK, China, the US and Australia.

Graduating as an acupuncturist in London in 2003 she worked for the world renowned Zita West fertility clinic in London as well as her own private practice until moving to Australia in 2008 .

Heidi also received a clinical certificate in 2003 from Hangzhou Hospital in China for further training in neurological disorders, gynaecological and obstetric care and paediatrics.

She added a qualification in Chinese Herbs through a Bachelor of Health Science at UTS in Sydney in 2015 and is an AHPRA registered Chinese Medicine herbalist.

Since 2018, Heidi, together with co-director Sally Chilvers, has developed protocols to support people with neurological conditions. These protocols aim to help restore balance and health to the nervous system by addressing underlying issues. These protocols can assist with pain, tinnitus, migraines, tremors etc.

In 2020 Heidi completed training in alternative treatment for eye disorders. Completing a MasterClass to integrative care for Vision disorders with Dr Marc Grossman and, Advanced Micro Acupuncture 48 with Dr Rosenfarb. From this Heidi assembled the ben &biao ‘vision acutherapy‘ protocol. This treatment protocol has helped  patients from all over Australia and New Zealand with macular degeneration and retinosa pigmentosa.

During the Pandemic period of 2020-2022 Heidi spent significant time learning breathing techniques, cognitive behaviour therapies and transformational meditation. These techniques are used in combination with other clinical treatments to assist patients who present with chronic illnesses such as auto immune, cancer and mental and emotional wellbeing.  In 2025 Heidi became an advanced student of Dr Joe Dispenza’s transformational meditation.

In 2021, Heidi developed a multi-disciplinary endometriosis program and an early intervention for teenagers experiencing painful periods.

As a senior practitioner, Heidi regularly mentors and offers guidance to fellow acupuncturists and herbalists.

Heidi has presented seminars on:

  • Fertility
  • Menopause/Peri-menopause
  • Endometriosis
  • Vision disorders
  • Healthy aging

Not listed are the multiple seminars/webinars attended over the years to learn, understand and integrate the use of clinical supplements into treatment strategies.

Heidi’s integrated approach for patient care means she sees a broad range of issues.

If you are still reading ..well done! because lastly, when Heidi isn’t with patients she loves hiking and skiing, spending time with friends and annoying her adult kids.

Heidi is a member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and is registered as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA).
